You are given the right information at every stage, so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Three phases, fully coordinated.

    Preliminary Design

    We meet with you to establish your program needs and your budget, then deliver conceptual drawings adjusted to fit within those budget constraints.

  2. 02

    Full Design & Engineering

    Detailed design and engineering work produces more precise cost estimates and establishes the guaranteed maximum price for your project.

  3. 03

    Final Design & Construction

    We furnish all engineered drawings, handle plan review and permitting, and the project proceeds to construction under one coordinated team.

Brought 18 years of construction experience as owner of Structure Construction, Inc. before joining RCCI in 2012. Leads day-to-day operations.

Lorie Crumley

Controller & Interior Design

With RCCI since 2001 and now an owner. Oversees accounting and finance and coordinates interior design while keeping budgets on track.

Michael Harkins

Project Manager & Safety

With RCCI since 2002. Responsible for production across all projects, including budget reviews, critical-path scheduling, and safety.

Liz Menius

Director of Administration

With RCCI since 2021. Manages office operations including accounts, payroll, HR, insurance, IT, and vendor compliance.

Helen Cantrell

Senior Designer

Artistically talented and creative in fulfilling each customer's preferences for substrates, color, and fixture selection.
